Our method

How a Mahatej partnership is built

The same onboarding framework applies to all four verticals. Submitting an enquiry does not create a partnership — engagement begins only after written agreement.

  1. Partnership enquiryYou submit a company profile, requested services, countries, volumes, target launch date and contacts.
  2. Initial fit reviewWe check whether the requested service, markets, volume and operating model sit within our capability and compliance scope.
  3. KYC and due diligenceLegal entity, ownership where appropriate, registrations, licences, physical presence, reputation and sanctions or adverse issues.
  4. Service-specific compliance reviewEducation-agent authority, recruitment and emigration rules, regulated immigration-advice boundaries and travel or ticketing requirements.
  5. Commercial and scope discussionGeography, services, deliverables, exclusions, pricing, taxes, third-party charges, refunds, payment timing and currency.
  6. Data and document mappingPersonal data categories, transfer mechanism, consent, retention, security controls, document custody and access rights.
  7. ContractingNDA if needed, master partnership agreement, data-processing terms and a service-specific schedule or order.
  8. Operating playbookContacts, approval matrix, workflow, templates, turnaround targets, escalation, complaint routes, marketing approvals and reporting cadence.
  9. Pilot launchBegin with a limited cohort, requisition, case batch or travel programme before full rollout where practical.
  10. Quality reviewAccuracy, conversion, document quality, turnaround, complaints, cancellations, supplier issues and compliance exceptions.
  11. Scale-upExpand geographies, volumes or service lines after successful review and documented approval.
  12. Ongoing governancePeriodic business reviews, renewals, policy updates, audit rights, performance remediation and contract change control.

Questions

Common questions from partner organisations

Does submitting an enquiry create a partnership?

No. Website enquiries, meetings, proposals or introductions do not create an agency, joint venture or partnership until a written agreement is signed.

What due diligence should we expect?

Verification of legal entity, beneficial ownership where appropriate, registrations and licences, website and physical presence, reputation and sanctions or adverse-media checks.

Can Mahatej provide immigration legal advice?

Only where Mahatej and the individual adviser hold the required authorisation. Otherwise we provide administrative case coordination and work with authorised immigration professionals.

How are commercial terms agreed?

Geography, services, deliverables, exclusions, pricing or commission, taxes, third-party charges, refunds, payment timing and currency are set out in a service order.

Do you guarantee outcomes or volumes?

No. There is no guarantee of admission, scholarship, hiring, work permit, immigration approval, processing time, carrier boarding, entry or supplier availability.

How is personal data handled?

Controller and processor roles, lawful basis, security, international transfers, subprocessors, breach handling, retention and rights are defined in the data-processing terms.

Can we use each other's brand and logos?

Only with written approval. Partner logos, authorised-partner claims, institution or employer names and accreditation marks need current written evidence and permission.

Can we start small before scaling?

Yes. We prefer a pilot — a limited cohort, requisition, case batch or travel programme — followed by a quality review before scale-up.

What is measured after launch?

Due-diligence completion, document completeness and error rates, conversion, turnaround, mobilisation time, complaints, supplier incidents and compliance exceptions.

Can sub-agents be used?

Only with pre-approval, due diligence, written flow-down obligations, marketing controls, audit and termination rights.

How often is the relationship reviewed?

Through periodic business reviews covering KPIs, renewals, policy updates, audit findings, remediation and contract change control.
