Quality
Quality & ethics
-
Ethical recruitment
We communicate honestly and do not use false guarantees or hidden claims.
-
Accurate information
Students and partners are encouraged to verify current requirements with the relevant institution or authority.
-
Application quality
Support focuses on completeness, consistency and the student’s own work.
-
Academic integrity
Personal statements and assessed materials should remain authentic.
-
Anti-fraud awareness
We do not support misrepresentation of documents, identity or academic history.
-
Responsible representation
Institution names and “official representative” status are used only where authorization exists.
-
Privacy-conscious operations
Information should be collected and used only for legitimate service purposes, with appropriate consent.
-
Complaint handling
Concerns can be raised through Mahatej so they can be reviewed and, where needed, escalated appropriately.
-
Regulatory boundaries
Immigration advice and representation may be legally regulated; authorized professionals must be used where required.
Questions
Frequently asked — Student Overseas Services
Does submitting an enquiry create a partnership?
No. Website enquiries, meetings, proposals or introductions do not create an agency, joint venture or partnership until a written agreement is signed.
Do you use sub-agents?
Only where the relevant agreement and provider rules permit it — sub-agents are subject to due diligence, written obligations, training and monitoring.
How are commissions handled?
Commission terms are documented in the partner agreement, invoiced through controlled channels and reconciled against agreed qualifying events.
Can Mahatej provide immigration advice to students?
Only within lawful scope. Regulated immigration advice or representation is provided by appropriately authorised professionals where required.
Do you guarantee outcomes or volumes?
No. There is no guarantee of admission, scholarship, hiring, work permit, immigration approval, processing time, carrier boarding, entry or supplier availability.
Can we use each other’s brand and logos?
Only with written approval. Partner logos, authorised-partner claims, institution or employer names and accreditation marks need current written evidence and permission.
Can we start small before scaling?
Yes. We prefer a pilot — a limited cohort, requisition, case batch or travel programme — followed by a quality review before scale-up.
