01 — Who we are

One travel division within a wider global-services house.

Mahatej Manpower Overseas Services works across four divisions worldwide: Student Overseas Services, Employment Overseas Services, Immigration Services, and Travel & Tourism Services. This site speaks only to the last of those — the individual and customer-facing travel practice, built for people planning their own trips rather than corporate partnerships.

We work with leisure travellers, honeymooners, families, senior travellers, pilgrims, adventure seekers and organised private groups, helping them compare destinations, structure realistic itineraries, coordinate bookings with authorised suppliers, gather the right documents, and prepare properly for departure and arrival.

Mission

Help every customer experience travel that is well planned, transparent and responsibly arranged.

Vision

Build a trusted global travel-support brand known for genuine customer care, accurate information and ethical booking practice.

Who we serve

Indian residents and eligible international customers seeking lawful leisure, family, pilgrimage, wellness or adventure travel. Entry into any destination always remains a government decision.

02 — What guides the work

Ten values, held consistently — not just on this page.

These are the standards we ask our own team to plan against, from a weekend Goa booking to a three-country honeymoon.

  • Customer firstEvery itinerary is planned around the traveller's purpose, budget, comfort, timing and preferences — not a template.
  • TransparencyInclusions, exclusions, supplier rules, taxes, fees, cancellation terms and uncertainties are explained clearly, before you commit.
  • IntegrityGenuine documents, accurate information and legitimate, traceable payment channels — always.
  • Safety & duty of careWe flag material travel risks and point you toward official guidance, insurance and emergency readiness.
  • ChoicePractical alternatives are offered rather than pressure toward a single package.
  • RespectEvery traveller is supported fairly, across ages, backgrounds and abilities.
  • PrivacyPassports and personal information are handled carefully, and shared only where the service genuinely requires it.
  • Responsible tourismCultural respect, environmental care and lawful behaviour are built into how we plan, not an afterthought.
  • ReliabilityChecklists, written confirmations and structured status updates, so nothing depends on memory.
  • Continuous verificationTime-sensitive entry, transport and supplier conditions are re-checked before you travel, not just at the quotation stage.
03 — Services

Everything between "where should we go" and "we're home safely."

A single coordinated service, not a chain of separate bookings you manage yourself.

Travel consultation

Understanding your travellers, dates, budget, interests and comfort level before any destination is suggested.

Destination research

Comparing destinations by season, flight access, budget, visa complexity, climate and interests.

Custom itinerary design

Day-by-day plans with realistic travel times, rest periods and sensibly sequenced activities.

Flights & ticketing support

Fare options searched and ticketing coordinated through authorised systems — fares stay dynamic until ticketed.

Hotel & resort reservations

Comparing location, room type, meal plan, cancellation terms and taxes against what actually matters to you.

Transfers & local transport

Airport and station transfers, car hire with driver, coach, rail and ferry planning where it makes sense.

Sightseeing & tickets

Attractions, tours and experiences arranged through authorised providers.

Cruise & rail holidays

Cabin and port planning, scenic and intercity rail, plus the pre- and post-trip stays around them.

Visa & entry information

General document checklists and official-source guidance, within a lawful scope — approvals are never guaranteed by us or anyone else.

Pre-departure briefing

Documents, baggage, currency, connectivity, local transport, safety and emergency planning, covered before you fly.

On-trip support coordination

Reasonable assistance with booking-related issues, within your service package and supplier limits.

Insurance guidance

Help comparing policy features through licensed providers, so you understand what you're actually covered for.

05 — How a trip gets planned

A process, not a form you fill in once.

Twenty steps sit behind every booking, though you'll only actively feel the first handful. The rest is us keeping things on track in the background.

Enquiry & discovery

We start from purpose, travellers, dates and budget — then check your passport situation early, before you spend money on anything non-refundable.

Shortlist & itinerary

Suitable destinations are compared, then built into a logical day-by-day structure with sensible pacing.

Flights, stays & sightseeing

Routes, baggage and connection times; hotels compared on location and terms; attractions sequenced realistically.

Written quotation

Inclusions, exclusions, validity period, taxes and payment schedule — all on paper before you approve anything.

Booking & documents

Deposit, reservation, ticketing, and — where required — your own visa/entry process, supported with lawful checklists.

Pre-departure & travel

A full briefing on baggage, money, connectivity, culture and emergency contacts, followed by reasonable on-trip support.

06 — Domestic India

India, region by region.

Availability, permits, weather and local conditions are checked before anything is confirmed.

North India & the Himalaya

Heritage · Snow · Adventure

Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, Udaipur, Jodhpur, Jaisalmer and Amritsar for the Golden Triangle and forts circuit; Shimla, Manali, Dharamshala, Kashmir, Gulmarg, Pahalgam, Leh-Ladakh and Uttarakhand for mountains, trekking and pilgrimage routes.

West & South India

Beaches · Temples · Cities

Mumbai, Goa, Pune, Ahmedabad and Kutch in the west; Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Mysuru, Hampi, Chennai, Madurai and Rameswaram in the south — plus Kerala's Kochi, Munnar, Alleppey and Kovalam for backwaters and wellness.

East, Northeast & Central India

Nature · Culture · Wildlife

Kolkata, Darjeeling, Gangtok, Puri and Konark in the east; Shillong, Cherrapunji, Kaziranga and Sikkim's circuits in the northeast; Khajuraho, Kanha, Bandhavgarh and Pench for heritage and tiger reserves in the centre.

Islands & coastline

Subject to permits and access

Andaman & Nicobar Islands and Lakshadweep for beaches, diving and island holidays, alongside Andhra Pradesh's Tirupati, Visakhapatnam and Araku Valley for pilgrimage and hill escapes.

07 — Worldwide, continent by continent

Six continents, mapped honestly.

Actual booking availability always depends on lawful access, supplier coverage, safety conditions and current entry rules — we'll tell you plainly if something isn't feasible.

Asia & the Middle East

Dubai and Abu Dhabi, Singapore, Thailand, Bali and Indonesia, the Maldives, Malaysia, Vietnam, Turkey, Japan, South Korea and Sri Lanka — spanning city breaks, beach escapes, culture and honeymoon travel.

Europe

France, Italy, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, Czechia, Hungary, Croatia, Iceland, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Ireland.

North & South America

The United States, Canada, Mexico and Costa Rica in the north; Brazil, Peru, Argentina, Chile, Colombia and Ecuador — including the Galápagos, which carries its own special access rules — in the south.

Africa

South Africa, Kenya, Tanzania, Egypt, Morocco, Mauritius, the Seychelles, Botswana, Namibia and Rwanda, for safari, heritage and island escapes.

Oceania & Antarctica

Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and French Polynesia for road trips and marine holidays; Antarctica by specialist expedition cruise only — high cost, weather-dependent, and usually gateway-routed through South America.

A starting point, not a fixed menu — every route is built around your dates and budget.

09 — Planned around who's travelling

Families

Child-friendly hotels, sensible pacing, age-appropriate activities and clear child-policy checks before you book.

Couples & honeymooners

Romantic stays, privacy and pacing designed around two people, not a bus-tour schedule.

Solo travellers

Safety-aware routing, centrally located stays and practical arrival guidance for travelling alone.

Senior travellers

Comfort-focused pacing, fewer hotel changes, accessible transport and medical-planning reminders.

Private groups

Consolidated itineraries, rooming lists and coordination for friends and family travelling together.

Pilgrimage travellers

Domestic and international faith-based journeys, always subject to destination laws and permit requirements.

10 — Documents & entry requirements
No visa or entry can ever be guaranteed

Visa, ETA and border-entry decisions are made solely by the relevant government authorities. We provide general checklists and lawful administrative support — never a promise of approval.

Getting your documents in order

Identify nationality & destination

The starting point for every entry-rule check.

Check official sources

Government visa, ETA and transit requirements, confirmed against current rules — not assumptions.

Confirm passport validity

Blank pages and return/onward ticket requirements, where they apply.

Gather supporting evidence

Hotel bookings, itinerary, financial evidence, insurance or invitation letters as required.

Apply, then wait

We recommend waiting for an official decision before making costly, non-refundable arrangements wherever practical.

What travellers typically need

  • IdentityPassport, national ID where applicable, and backup copies.
  • Visa / entryVisa, eVisa/ETA, residence permit or transit authorisation, as applicable.
  • Tickets & staysFlight, rail or cruise confirmations, plus accommodation details.
  • Insurance & healthPolicy certificate, and any officially required vaccination or health documentation.
  • For childrenBirth certificate or custody documentation where cross-border travel requires it.
11 — Insurance, safety & responsible travel

Insurance & health

Travel insurance is strongly recommended, and mandatory for some destinations and activities. Compare medical cover, evacuation and repatriation, cancellation cover, baggage, delay, adventure-sport exclusions and any pre-existing-condition terms. We can help you compare policies through licensed providers, but suitability is ultimately your decision — and we're not an insurer.

Speak to a qualified medical professional about vaccinations, fitness to travel, pregnancy, chronic conditions or high-altitude and adventure activity.

Safety & responsible travel

Review official travel advisories and local laws before and during your trip. Use hotel safes, reputable activity operators, and avoid unofficial taxis, guides or payment links. Respect cultural, religious and photography rules, and steer clear of exploitative or unlawful wildlife interactions.

If safety conditions change, we'll factor that into itinerary adjustments — a previously planned route is never a reason to travel into a restricted or unsafe area.

12 — Pricing, payments & changes

What every quotation shows

Traveller names and count, dates, accommodation category, transport, meals and activities included, taxes, our service fee if any, the quotation's validity period, and the deposit and final-payment schedule — set out clearly, before you pay anything.

Pricing stays dynamic

Airfares, hotel rates, exchange rates and availability can all move until a reservation is confirmed and, for flights, actually ticketed. A quotation is not held inventory unless it explicitly says so.

Changes & cancellations

Changes are subject to availability, fare differences and supplier or service fees where disclosed. Some components can be non-refundable from the moment of booking — your quotation will say which.

13 — Why travel with us

Personalised planning

Itineraries built around your purpose, budget, pace and interests — not a one-size template.

India + worldwide, one workflow

Destination research, itinerary, bookings, documents and pre-departure prep, coordinated in one place.

Transparent quotations

Clear inclusions, exclusions, payment milestones and supplier conditions — no surprise line items.

Document awareness, early

Entry and passport checks happen before you make expensive, non-refundable commitments — where practical.

Honest guidance

No false promises on visas, prices, weather, upgrades or availability — if we're not certain, we'll say so.

Post-booking support

Reasonable coordination and assistance within the service package you've selected.

14 — Start your trip

Tell us where, when and who — we'll take it from there.

A few details help us put together a genuinely useful first quotation, rather than a generic brochure reply.

Before you send it

Have your rough dates, departure city, traveller count and passport status ready — these are the four details that speed up an accurate quotation the most.

16 — Frequently asked questions
Do you arrange both domestic and international holidays?
Yes — domestic India and international travel planning, subject to destination, supplier and legal requirements.
Can you customise a package?
Yes. Our default approach is a customisable itinerary shaped by your dates, budget, pace and interests, rather than a fixed template.
Do you guarantee the lowest price?
No. Travel prices are inherently dynamic. Our goal is transparent value and genuine suitability, not a claim that no lower price exists anywhere.
Is my flight price fixed after quotation?
Not automatically — a fare becomes fixed only once the airline confirms it and the ticket is actually issued.
Can you guarantee a visa?
No. Visa and entry approval is solely a government decision, made independently of any travel agent.
When should I book?
It depends on season and destination — popular holidays, festivals, cruises and long-haul trips generally benefit from earlier planning.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Both our cancellation policy and the relevant supplier's rules apply. Some items may be partly or fully non-refundable, and your quotation will specify which.
Do I need travel insurance?
It's strongly recommended, and can be mandatory for certain destinations, visas or activities.
Do you handle family travel with children?
Yes — child ages, room configurations, ticketing and document requirements are all checked carefully as part of planning.
Can you arrange group travel?
Yes, for private leisure groups. Group pricing and terms can depend on minimum traveller numbers.
Are meals and sightseeing included?
Only where your written quotation explicitly lists them — meal plans and inclusions vary by hotel and package.
Can you help if my flight changes after booking?
We'll assist with coordination within our service scope, but the airline's own decisions and remedies follow the carrier's terms and applicable law.
17 — Terms & conditions
Legal review note

These clauses set out the practical framework of our service. Anything relating to liability, governing law and dispute resolution is finalised with qualified legal counsel and referenced against current consumer-protection law.

1. Scope of service

We provide travel planning, itinerary design, reservation coordination and related support as set out in your selected package or quotation.

2. Third-party suppliers

Airlines, hotels, cruise lines, transport companies, attractions and insurers are independent third parties, responsible for delivering their own services.

3. Availability & pricing

All services remain subject to availability until confirmed. Prices can change due to supplier updates, taxes, fuel charges or exchange rates until confirmed or ticketed.

4. Payment

Booking and final-payment deadlines are stated in your quotation or invoice. Non-payment by the deadline may result in cancellation.

5. Passenger names & documents

You're responsible for correct passenger names, valid travel documents and entry authorisation. We do not guarantee government approval or border entry.

6. Health & insurance

You're responsible for health, vaccination and fitness-to-travel requirements. Travel insurance is strongly recommended; claims are determined by the insurer.

7. Baggage & hotel rules

Airline baggage rules apply, with excess charges your responsibility unless expressly included. Hotel deposits, resort fees and house rules should be reviewed before arrival.

8. Itinerary & customer changes

Operational, weather or supplier reasons may require reasonable itinerary adjustments. Customer-requested changes are subject to availability and applicable charges.

9. Cancellation & refunds

Cancellation penalties follow our published policy and each supplier's rules. Refunds are processed according to supplier eligibility, payment method and applicable law.

10. Missed services & denied entry

Missed flights, tours or hotel nights may be non-refundable. We're not responsible for denial of boarding or entry caused by documentation, legal, health or conduct issues outside our control.

11. Force majeure

Extraordinary events outside reasonable control — severe weather, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, epidemics, strikes or border closures — may affect performance and available remedies.

12. Personal belongings & data

You remain responsible for money, passports and valuables unless the law provides otherwise. Necessary information may be shared with authorised suppliers and authorities to complete a booking, subject to our Privacy Notice.

13. Complaints & conduct

A published grievance process is available without affecting your legal rights. We may decline abusive, fraudulent or unlawful conduct, subject to our legal obligations.

14. Governing law

Governing law and dispute resolution are finalised by legal counsel according to our legal structure and applicable jurisdiction.

18 — How we keep information current

We treat destination and entry information as time-sensitive

Visa fees, processing times and entry rules can shift with little notice. We date-stamp country and visa pages, review them regularly, and rely on official sources rather than copying unstable figures into evergreen content.

Where we point you for official facts

Immigration authorities and embassies for passports and visas · government advisories for safety · the operating airline or airport for air travel · qualified medical professionals for health · official meteorological agencies for weather, which is always probabilistic, never promised.
